The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and a well-serviced bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with free wifi throughout and a comfortable room with a huge bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide choice of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the concierge who provided a map and useful information about the city, to the waiting staff and housekeeping who ensured everything was perfect. The location was convenient, as it was near the metro station and within walking distance of the train station. It was also right next to the football stadium, a bonus for sports fans.

Staff went above and beyond for our family with early check-in and a special meal for the kids. Modern, clean building with well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, even helping with a taxi when phone lines were down. Good breakfast, though location requires transportation for sightseeing.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to a coffee shop with quite often a very noisy clientele. The hotel is also within walking distance to station with lots of traffic, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel is near Campi Flegrei metro station, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are nice and clean, with a big and comfortable bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. the hotel offers several convenient facilities and advantages.
The wifi in the hotel is very poor, which can be quite frustrating for guests who rely on internet access.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and enjoyable, with a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that there was a jacuzzi available for guests to use, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. we were very pleased with our stay here.
